One Way has been operating for 15 years. Over 160 employees work in the production facilities based in Nairobi. Of these, 49 people are employed in the embrodery and screen printing sections with the remainder focusing on stitching, cutting and designing work.
Made from African bio–cotton (from Kenya when available). Best practice processes are used to process the cotton. For each unit purchased by One Way 50 cents is returned to an employees committee which provides loans and support for employees. The committee is totally autonomous with no management involvement.
