Holkham Raw Linseed Oil
Purified, high quality cold pressed linseed oil is used for impregnating and protecting wood, either used alone, or prior to painting with Linseed Paint. Because linseed oil penetrates the pores of the wood it protects it from moisture, and therefore from rot. The oil works best when warmed. Linseed oil can also be used in conjunction with a heat gun to lift old paint off windows.
