Solaray Dong Quai Root – 550 mg
Chinese Herbalists have used Dong Quai for centuries. It acts as a tonic that benefits the female reproductive organs. It contains plant oestrogen’s which are a dilute version of the oestrogen produced by the body. The phytoestrogens form chemical bonds with the oestrogen receptors in human cells – being a weaker version, this helps to maintain a hormonal balance, therefore counteracting the symptoms of PMS, an irregular cycle and the Menopause.
