Abel & Cole White Fish – Line Caught from Sustainable Sources
Abel & Cole get their sea fish from Edwards Fishmongers in Launceston, Cornwall. They team up with local fishermen from the nearby village of Looe, who line fish from sustainable stocks using small boats. Instead of whacking the fish on ice and staying out at sea for months like the big trawlers do, they bring their catch in each evening, which means it’s super–fresh. Fish deliveries are made in returnable ice boxes containing ice strips to keep fish fresh. All fish is suitable for freezing on the day of delivery.
