Energy Medicine works on the principle that every cell in the body radiates energy in the form of electromagnetic oscillations (ie energy frequencies). Anything that impedes the natural flow of this energy will create imbalances in the body and eventually compromise health by leading to a change in physiology and possibly some form of illness or disease.
The SCIO (Scientific Consciousness Interface Operations System) is a high-tech biofeedback device that uses computer technology to provide health screening, reports and appropriate therapy.
It enables health practitioners to analyse energetic imbalances in the body and works by sending electromagnetic signals to the body – it then measures the variations of electrical reactions that occur when the body responds to these signals. It can pick up on a wide variety of potential problems, including allergies and food intolerances, depression, recurrent infections, digestive and bowel problems, sleeping problems etc.
As well as helping to identify potential problems, it can also provide energetic therapy to address any areas of concern for the individual client. After measuring the body's frequencies it sends back its own frequencies to rebalance those of the body (by either enhancing them or counteracting them, depending on how the body reacts).
Scene Green has not been able to find any scientific evidence to support the effectiveness of Quantum Biofeedback – but it has this in common with many other forms of alternative medicine/therapies which should not be dismissed out of hand. Indeed, anecdotal evidence suggests that it may be useful for people suffering from symptoms that conventional medicine has been unable to treat, or for those who are generally feeling out of sorts who would like help to identify possible areas in lifestyle etc which could be improved.
